The gospel doesn't just transform an individual but it is the power to change the world around the individual. Once someone is reconciled to God through Jesus, that person is empowered by the Spirit of God to spread the good news. Having been impacted by the good news, the people of Hope Church are looking to spread the gospel to as many people possible.
We do this in many ways but have also chosen to focus on two specific areas, one local and one international. Our local missions focus is the human trafficking problem in Houston and our international missions focus is tbe country of South Sudan.
But if you are not particularly burdened for those two areas don't let that stop you from joining us in showing the love of God to those around you. Our local body is made up of people with various interests and with different burdens for our city and the world. We desire our home groups to be mindful of these two areas but to also reach out to others areas and individual needs.
